Privacy Policy
All In One processes as little personal data as possible: you don't need an account, and the app itself never asks for your location. This policy explains which data is processed, by whom and why.
Who we are
All In One is provided by GreenLeaf Studios, a sole proprietorship owned by J. Rongen and registered in the Netherlands. We are the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Trade name: GreenLeaf Studios
- Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: [KvK number]
- Business address: [business address]
- Email for privacy questions: groengras@greenleafstudios.nl
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; this is not required for a business of our size.
What data the app processes
On your own device. The app stores a few settings only on your phone or in your browser. We do not receive this data.
| Data | Purpose | Where it is stored |
|---|---|---|
| Chosen country and language | Showing the right stores and texts | On your device |
| Favourite places | Putting your places at the top | On your device |
| Text entered under "Near" | Searching around a place you choose | On your device |
| Premium yes/no | Hiding ads after purchase | On your device and with the app store |
| Your ad choice | Remembering your consent | On your device |
You can erase this data by deleting the app or clearing the site data in your browser.
Location and routes. All In One does not request access to your location. When you tap Route or On map, Google Maps opens with the name of the store and, if entered, the place you typed. From then on, Google processes your location under the Google Privacy Policy. We cannot see where you are or where you are going.
Search. What you type in the search bar stays in the app. If you open a search result in Google Maps, your search term is sent to Google.
Advertising
The free version shows ads from Google: AdMob in the app and AdSense on the website. To do so, Google processes data such as your advertising ID, IP address, approximate location (country or city), device type and how you interact with ads. Google does this as an independent party under its advertising policy.
We ask for your consent first. On first use, you choose:
- Accept: you see personalised ads based on your interests. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Decline: you only see non-personalised ads, based on the app and your approximate location, not on a profile.
Declining is as easy as accepting, and the app works the same either way. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time under Ad settings at the bottom of the app. Withdrawal applies from that moment on.
With Premium you see no ads at all, and no data is processed for advertising.
Premium purchases
You buy Premium through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment is handled entirely by that store; we never see your bank or card details. The store only sends us proof of purchase: an order number, the product, the date and the country.
We use this to activate Premium and to restore it on a new device. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep purchase records for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
Partner links
The Places to stay, Internet / eSIM and Things to do categories contain links to partners such as Booking.com, Agoda, Hostelworld, Airbnb, Airalo, Holafly, Saily, GetYourGuide, Klook and Viator. If you book through such a link, we may earn a small commission. This costs you nothing extra.
To track the commission, the partner places a cookie or similar technology on its own website. How the partner handles your data is set out in its own privacy policy. Partners only send us totals of bookings and commission, never names or contact details.
Website, contact and retention
Website. The web version is hosted by [hosting provider, e.g. Cloudflare]. The host keeps technical log files with your IP address for a short time to keep the site secure and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact. If you email us, we only use your email address and message to reply to you.
Outside Europe. Google and some partners also process data in the United States. This happens under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
| Data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Settings and favourites | On your device, until you delete them |
| Premium proof of purchase | 7 years (tax requirement) |
| Emails to us | Until your question is handled, then at most 1 year |
| Website log files | [hosting provider's period] |
| Advertising data | Under Google's policy |
We never sell your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to take your data with you. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email your request to groengras@greenleafstudios.nl; we respond within one month. Because most data is stored only on your own device, you can also delete much of it yourself.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the authority in your own country.
Children
All In One is intended for a general audience. Users under 16 do not receive personalised ads; that would require consent from a parent.
Security
The app and the website use a secure connection (HTTPS). We store as little data as possible ourselves, so there is little that could leak.
Changes
We may update this policy, for example when the app gets new features. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. We will announce major changes in the app.
